Assumption hospital was started in 1968 by Rev.Fr.George Kizakkachalil the parish priest of sulthan bathery ,it was handed over to Sacred Heart congregation in 1976. We the sisters of sacred heart took up this hospital since it was one of the areas involvement that felt essential.
